FAQ
- Will it slow down my site?
- No. The widget loads in the background after your page; it doesn't touch load time. Even if something goes wrong on our side nothing breaks on your site — the widget quietly turns itself off.
- Will it break my site's design?
- No. The widget's styles are isolated from your page; your design doesn't affect the widget and the widget doesn't affect your page.
- Can I reply from my phone?
- Yes. The panel is built for phone screens and can be installed on your home screen as an app. The app store version is in the works.
- What do foreign visitors see?
- Visitors whose browser isn't Turkish see the widget in English. You write the English welcome and automated messages; if you don't, the Turkish text is shown.
- What happens to my data?
- Conversations belong only to your account and never mix with other customers' data. Details are in the privacy notice.
