Terms of use
Last updated: 14 September 2026
This is a translation of the Turkish terms.
1. Parties
These terms are between [ŞİRKET UNVANI — yönetim panelinden doldurulacak] (OliveSupp) and the user who creates an account at olivesupp.com (the "customer"). By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. The service
OliveSupp provides a chat widget that the customer places on their own website and a panel for managing the messages it receives. The panel can be used from a web browser and from the OliveSupp mobile app (Android); the app opens the same panel and these terms apply to it as well. The scope of the service is the features available in the panel once the account is created.
3. Account and security
- Information given when creating an account must be accurate.
- Keeping the password secret is the customer's responsibility. Adding team members is also the customer's responsibility; agents seeing the inbox is how the service works.
- The site key is issued for the customer's own domain. Using it on another site may be blocked.
4. Customer obligations
- The customer must inform their visitors. The customer is the controller of personal data collected via the chat.
- Integrations the customer turns on (HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, webhook, cart reading) send visitor data to the customer's own accounts or systems; the lawfulness of these transfers is the customer's responsibility.
- The service may not be used for unlawful content, unsolicited bulk messaging, fraud or to infringe others' rights. Automated messages may not be used to mislead visitors.
- Sensitive data such as card or ID numbers should not be requested via chat. Such data is stored as message text and is the customer's responsibility.
- Automated requests that overload the system are not allowed; rate limits apply.
5. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running without interruption, but outages may occur due to maintenance, hosting provider issues or force majeure. Planned maintenance is announced by email.
If the widget can't reach the service, it doesn't cause errors on the customer's site; it quietly disables itself.
6. Pricing
Plans and current prices are published on the pricing page, which also states whether VAT is included. Payment, invoicing, cancellation and refund rules are set out in the distance selling agreement and the refunds and delivery terms. Price changes are announced to existing customers by email at least 30 days in advance and are never applied retroactively. While no plan is published on the pricing page, the service is free to use.
7. Suspension and termination
The account may be suspended or closed if these terms are breached; unless the breach is serious, a warning is given first; in that case data is deleted within 3 months at the latest.
Customers can delete their account at any time from the panel (web or mobile app): My account → Delete account. When the owner does this, conversations, visitor records, files, team and settings are deleted immediately and disappear from backups within 3 months at the latest. Deleted data can't be recovered. Details: privacy notice, section 12.
8. Data and intellectual property
Conversation content belongs to the customer; OliveSupp doesn't use it for anything other than providing the service. Rights to the software, interface and brand belong to OliveSupp.
9. Limitation of liability
OliveSupp is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. In any case liability is limited to the total amount the customer paid in the twelve months before the event.
10. Changes and governing law
